Wellbeing and Support
Protecting the health, wellbeing and safety of pharmacy team members is a high priority for pharmacy owners, the NHS and Community Pharmacy England. The continuing fragility across England of pharmacy finances, alongside high workloads, stress, ongoing uncertainty and rising reports of abuse from patients, is taking a real toll on the wellbeing and morale of pharmacy owners and their teams.
Community Pharmacy England as published a page on their website that contains information on resources to support the wellbeing of pharmacy and LPC staff. It also contains links to resources to support the health and safety of pharmacy team members.
