Please ensure that your opening hours are ACCURATELY stated on the spreadsheet and if not, amend them on your DoS PROFILE at
https://dos-profile.service.nhs.uk/#/index in order to ensure that NHS111 has accurate information for your branch.
Payments
If you have been directed to open recently please remember to to complete the PharmOutcomes template (Directed Rota Claim Form) within 28 days of the date of the rota.
